Creating your employer account
- Go to springrole.io/employer/register.
- Enter your company name and work email.
- Check your email for a 6-digit verification code and enter it to confirm your account.
Setting up your company profile
Before posting your first job, fill in your Company Profile from the employer dashboard. This includes:
- Company display name and tagline
- About section
- Office locations
- Team overview
- Company values
- Cover image, logo, and team photos
A complete company profile is shown to candidates when they view your job listings and helps attract higher quality applicants.
Creating a job listing
From the employer dashboard, click Post a Job and fill in:

| Core skills | Key skills required for the role |
SpringRole auto-generates a short summary from your job description to show candidates at a glance.
Managing listings
All your active job listings are visible in the My Jobs section of your dashboard. You can edit or delete listings at any time. Deleting a listing removes it from search and cancels all pending applications for that role.
